At Arero, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your luxury watch purchase, we offer a comprehensive refund and return policy to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In new, unworn, and undamaged condition
  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized watches, as well as watches that show signs of wear, scratches, or damage, cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm its condition. If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. How to Return an Item
